The Joint Review Committee on Education on Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) currently accredits educational programs in radiography, radiation therapy, magnetic resonance, and medical dosimetry that can be offered at the certificate, associate, baccalaureate and master's degree levels in both traditional and distance education settings. These programs are housed in institutionally accredited, degree granting institutions and hospitals/medical centers that are either degree granting or award certificates. The geographic boundaries of JRCERT accreditation activities are within the United States and its territories, commonwealths, and possessions. (2019)

Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA), established under Law No 08/L-110 and the Law on Higher Education No. 04/L-037, is the sole official national authority for quality assurance in higher education in the Republic of Kosovo. It carries out institutional and programmatic accreditation of public, private, and non-profit higher education institutions, covering academic study programs at the bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels. KAA’s activities are conducted exclusively within the geographic territory of the Republic of Kosovo. Accreditation applies solely to degree-granting programs at the bachelor’s level and above; non-degree programs are excluded from the scope. To receive NAAB accreditation, programs must be offered by institutions accredited by an institutional accrediting agency, recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
