Laurie Shanderson, Ph.D., FACHE

Dr. Laurie Shanderson is the founder and CEO of Accreditation Insights, a consulting firm that provides accreditation and regulatory support to diverse educational institutions. She is also a former chancellor and founding dean of a school of health sciences with a proven track record of leading academic programs, developing curricula, facilitating research, and building strategic partnerships.
Committed to professional and academic service, Dr. Shanderson has served as a member of the Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) Task Force for US News and World Report Rankings and the Task Force for interrater reliability in Accreditation Site Review, in addition to creating content for a site visitor training module. She is currently serving as a CAHME site visitor and the host of the EDUP Accreditation podcast series.
Leamor Kahanov, Ed.D., ATC/LAT

Dr. Kahanov has over 25 years of higher education experience as a provost, dean and professor. Her academic credentials include over 90 peer-reviewed publications, 120 peer-reviewed presentations and a textbook entitled “Athletic Training and Therapy: Foundations of Behavior and Practice.” She has extensive experience in partnering with the regional community for academic pathways to employment, revising general education essential learning outcomes, creating faculty mentorship programs, academic affairs and institutional strategic planning, and developing academic programs.
