Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation

(1) Promote, support and supervise higher education to keep pace with global changes with academic and administrative independence, develop human resources in line with national needs and conduct research and create innovations to develop communities, society and the country in science, technology, social sciences, humanities and interdisciplinary studies. (2) Promote, support and supervise research and innovation of higher education institutions and agencies in the research and innovation system under the Ministry or under the supervision of the Minister, including coordinating with agencies in the research and innovation system outside the Ministry to create cooperation and operate in a direction that is linked and consistent with the country's science, research and innovation policies, strategies and plans. (3) Provide an ecosystem and important infrastructure for the development of higher education, science, research and innovation, including promoting cooperation to produce specialized high-level human resources and cooperation in research and innovation creation with government agencies, the private sector, local administrative organizations, and individuals or agencies abroad.
