BCI gives Québec universities the capability to monitor, analyze, collaborate, propose and respond to issues, in addition to representing them in dealings with government authorities, other organizations and the general public. Advocacy, when applicable, includes expressing the reasons for the major and minor positions of BCI’s member universities.
