Council for Higher Education Accreditation Introduces New Fellow, Danielle Kish

Danielle KishThe Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) is pleased to announce Ms. Danielle Kish as the new Fellow with the organization. 

Ms. Kish is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership program at the University of Phoenix (UOPX), with a specialization in Higher Education Administration. Previously, she spent almost 13 years as an Alumni Representative at UOPX, assisting students with finding the right programs for their career direction. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University, a Bachelor in Environmental Science from UOPX, a Master in Psychology/Industrial Organizational Psychology from UOPX and a Master in Business Administration from Western International University 

"I am thrilled to be spending my Fall working to gain a better understanding of accreditation," Ms. Kish said. "I have a working knowledge of accreditation from an institutional perspective and am looking forward to expanding this knowledge. My hope is to integrate what I learn into my doctoral work on retention and future professional endeavors, and to be an active voice by sharing my knowledge on accreditation within the educational community."

The CHEA Fellows Program provides senior-level graduate students with experiences in higher education accreditation, policy development, recognition processes for accrediting organizations, nonprofit board oversight and operations, communications, business finance and government affairs. The Fellows Program is available only to graduate students enrolled in colleges and universities that are current CHEA members.
