Audrey Hamilton, Executive Director of Communications and Public Relations, leads CHEA’s communications strategy and oversees messaging, media relations, digital platforms, and public outreach that advance the organization’s mission to promote quality assurance and public trust in higher education. In this role, she provides strategic counsel to CHEA leadership, manages organization-wide communications priorities, and ensures clear, accurate information about accreditation and CHEA policy initiatives is available to members, stakeholders, and the public.
Prior to joining CHEA in 2025, Audrey held public affairs roles at the American Council on Education and the American Psychological Association and worked as a television news reporter in Rhode Island and Washington.
