El Consejo de Acreditación de la Enseñanza de la Ingeniería (CACEI)

CACEI is a non-profit civil association. Its main objective is, through the accreditation of educational programs in the area of ​​engineering, to promote higher education institutions to offer quality education to future graduates. CACEI has been operating since 1994, it is the first accreditation body for undergraduate study programs in Mexico and is recognized by the Council for the Accreditation of Higher Education, AC, (Copaes). Currently it has the international recognition of the Washington Accord, which is part of the International Engineering Alliance (IEA), is a member of the Ibero-American Network for Quality Assurance for Higher Education (RIACES), and of the Lima Agreement; which seeks good practices in the accreditation of programs in Ibero-America.
