Vice President for Accreditation Services
CHEA is pleased to announce the arrival of Judith Watkins as the new vice president for accreditation services. Dr. Watkins joins CHEA from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges’ Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges where she served as associate executive director. She has primary responsibility for the CHEA recognition process.

Executive Secretary
CHEA also welcomes Marilyn Butler–Norris, CHEA’s new executive secretary. Ms. Butler-Norris joins CHEA from the Carnegie Endowment here in Washington. Her primary responsibilities will include assisting with CHEA recognition and CHEA committees.
